We don't need full access to your Neto instance, only API access. You do this by creating a new Staff User with API User as the User Permission Group.
Follow these simple steps
In Neto, navigate to Settings & Tools -> Staff Users -> Create Staff User
Enter the following details:
Username: WRHS
First Name: WRHS
Last Name: WRHS
Email: [email protected]
Password: Any random password will do - we won't use it.
API Key: Click Generate and copy the value, this is the important part.
Status: Active
User Permission Group: API User (more on this below in Permissions)
Default Warehouse: Set to whichever is your primary warehouse.
Click Save
There is no need to "Invite User".
Enter the username, API Key, and your webstore URL during onboarding Setup.
Permissions
When creating the WRHS user above, you can select the default API User for the permissions; most people do this. However, if you need to restrict WRHS access to only certain data types you can create a custom Permission Group. The following permissions are the absolute minimum we currently require.

GetOrder
GetShippingMethods
GetWarehouse
UpdateOrder
